Shipments

Your pack shipment

Items will be shipped with 12 to 24 hours of payment confirmation excluding weekends and National holidays). We only ship to PayPal confirmed address. Buyers have the full responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and mobile phone number before payment.

Delivery to your door usually takes no longer than 3-5 working days to arrive in UK and 4-7 working days to arrive in EU from our UK warehouse.  We have a parcel delivery contract with the Parcel force. If the item is sent from one of our warehouses outside of the UK, then it will take 14-21 days to arrive. Our customer service team is available to help with all your shipping and delivery questions.

Several factors outside of our control may cause the delivery of your purchase to be delayed. Such factors can include extreme weather, 3rd party industrial action, border issues, peak delivery periods etc. We do everything we can to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible however if your delivery has not arrived after the above time period please consider the following:

Check with your neighbour or anybody who may keep your items as the Royal Mail can now ask a next door neighbour to hold an item for you if you are not at home. They may also leave it in a dry protected area like an outhouse. They should put a card through your door. 

Secondly, contact your local sorting office to see whether the items have been returned to the depot as they may also have put a card though your letter box.
If your item is still not found, please feel free to contact us via Message or via email. We have a customer service team that is waiting to help you. We can help with tracking and will do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely with you as soon as possible. 

Returns

Our entire products have been tested by the manufacture in good working condition. We offer a 14-day money back guarantee and 1 Year Warranty of our products. Please notify us via email immediately if you plan to return any items or if item received douse not match description.   Returned item has to be in its original condition along with any accessories. Please Include your Full Name, Address, Invoice No, Purchase Date and return reason in the package. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you receive a faulty item, contact us immediately for the return address. Return is accepted within 7 days after receiving the item. If defective item is reported within 7 days of receipt, I shall bear the return postage cost. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs if defective item reported after 7 days. Once I receive the faulty item, it will be tested against the description of fault (as communicated in writing by customer). Either the fault will be repaired or a replacement or full refund will be possible. Replacement will depend on available stock & colour, if not available, a refund will be issued straightaway.

If the item is returned by purchasing the wrong colour, placing wrong order or any other reason that is nothing about quality problems. You should cover the return postage.
